EXECUTIVE CLINIC DIRECTOR
Nokona Powell is a dedicated coach, educator, and community leader who serves as the Special Teams Coordinator and Offensive Line Coach at Allen Academy in Bryan, TX. Beyond coaching, he takes on the vital roles of Administrative Coordinator and Academic Registrar, where he plays a key part in fostering both academic and athletic success for students.
A proud graduate of Tarleton State University with a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration, Nokona is furthering his commitment to education by pursuing a Master of Education in Educational Administration with a concentration in Higher Educational Learning. His passion for mentorship and leadership is reflected in his efforts to create opportunities for growth and achievement both on and off the field.
Nokona is also the Founder and Executive Clinic Director of The “Six” Coaches Clinic, a premier platform dedicated to supporting and advancing six-man football coaches. He leads the clinic with vision and precision, overseeing speaker coordination, marketing, and sponsorships. Under his leadership, the clinic continues to serve as an essential resource for professional development, networking, and education within the six-man football community.
With a deep commitment to excellence and a passion for making a difference, Nokona’s impact reaches far beyond the field, inspiring both students and coaches alike.

JUSTIN SAENZ
ASSISTANT CLINIC DIRECTOR
Justin Saenz is the Wide Receivers and Assistant Defensive Line Coach at Allen Academy in Bryan, TX, where he is deeply committed to the development and mentorship of student-athletes both on and off the field. In addition to his coaching responsibilities, Justin serves as the Facilities Assistant, ensuring the school environment remains well-maintained and conducive to student success.
As the Co-Founder and Assistant Clinic Director of The “Six” Coaches Clinic, Justin plays a pivotal role in supporting the six-man football community. He manages key aspects of the clinic, including event registration, hotel accommodations, event experiences, and community outreach, creating a platform for coaches to learn, network, and grow.
Justin is also dedicated to advancing his own education and professional growth, currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at Tarleton State University. His passion for coaching, education, and community engagement continues to make a lasting impact on students and coaches.

Takoda Powell
INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY DIRECTOR
Takoda Powell is an IT Professional at Texas A&M University, where he leverages his expertise in engineering and cybersecurity to manage IT infrastructure and support multiple engineering departments. A graduate of Texas A&M with a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Systems Engineering Technology and a Minor in Cybersecurity, he has played a key role in high-impact projects, including serving as the lead Project Manager for the Jack E. Brown Building Modernization Project.
Beyond his IT role, Takoda is actively involved in The “Six” Coaches Clinic, overseeing technology operations, digital presence, and online registration. His leadership and technical skills continue to make a significant impact in both the IT field and the six-man football community.

Hunter Martin
LOGISTICS DIRECTOR
Hunter Martin, a proud native of Centerville, Texas, brings a unique combination of expertise, leadership, and passion to our team. A graduate of College Park High School, where he earned a varsity letter as a standout defensive player, Hunter continued his academic journey at Texas A&M University. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science and was an active member of the Texas A&M Medical Society, furthering his dedication to the medical profession.
With a strong background as a medical professional, Hunter has also dedicated his time and talents to a variety of nonprofit organizations, both within the medical field and in broader community efforts. His commitment to service and excellence shines through in every endeavor.
As the Logistics Director for our Coaches Clinic, Hunter plays a vital role in ensuring the execution of our events. He oversees all aspects of planning, coordination, and event operations, ensuring a top-tier experience for every attendee. His attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and passion for organization are integral to the success of the clinic.

ADRIAN ADAMS
CLINIC CONSULTANT
Adrian Adams is the Athletic Director, Head Football Coach, and Head Baseball Coach at Allen Academy in Bryan, TX. Previously, he spent nine years at Emery/Weiner School in Houston, where he helped build championship-winning programs as Assistant Athletic Director, Head Varsity Six-Man Football Coach, and Head Varsity Baseball Coach. His teams secured multiple state titles, including the 2017 TAPPS Division II Baseball Championship and the 2015 Division I Six-Man Football Championship.
A two-time Brazos Valley Football Coach of the Year (2018, 2020), Adrian has led Allen Academy’s football and baseball programs to the playoffs each season, including a 2020 TAPPS Six-Man State Championship appearance. Recognized for his coaching excellence, he was named the 2016 Dave Campbell’s Texas Football Private School Coach of the Year and the 2017 Houston 5A Baseball Private School Coach of the Year.
Beyond coaching, Adrian serves as the Clinic Consultant for The “Six” Coaches Clinic, providing strategic guidance on event planning, speaker selection, and clinic operations, helping advance the six-man football community.

PETER GRIFFITH
CLINIC CONSULTANT
Coach Peter Griffith is the Head Football Coach at Lubbock Kingdom Prep Academy and a respected private quarterback coach with years of experience developing athletes from youth to the professional level. He has worked with hundreds of quarterbacks across West Texas and beyond, refining their mechanics, football IQ, and leadership skills.
In 2018, Griffith founded The West Texas Passing Academy, a premier training program that offers private coaching, group workouts, and camps, as well as online resources to support quarterbacks nationwide.
Coach Griffith’s passion for KPA extends beyond football—he fully believes in the school’s mission and the impact of a classical Christian education. As an alumnus, he credits KPA and its people for shaping the man he is today and is committed to providing that same influence for the next generation. He strives to equip his players not just for success on the field, but also in their walk with Christ, preparing them to stand firm in their faith.
